Install plate (28). Secure plate (28) to pivot pin (22) with three bolts (26) and the washers.
Measure the gap between upper pivot pin (22) and the frame. Measure the gap in several places on pin (22) .

Install shim (30) below pivot pin (22). The shim should be the thickness of the minimum gap measurement.

Install six bolts (29). Bolts (29) will secure upper pivot pin (22) .

Measure the gap between plate (28) and the frame.
Remove three bolts (26). Remove plate (28) .
Install a shim of the same thickness as the measurement minus 0.25 mm (0.0098 inch).

Install plate (28). Secure plate (28) and shim (27) with three bolts (26) .

Install lubrication hose (23) to lower pivot pin (25) .

Install lubrication hose (21) to upper pivot pin (22) .

Connect two electrical connectors (19) and (20). Secure electrical connectors (19) and (20) to the frame with two wire tie-wraps (18) .

Connect ten hydraulic hoses (17), (16), (15), (14), (13), (12), (11), (10), (9) and (8) .Note: Check the identification marks on the hydraulic connections during removal.Note: The majority of the hydraulic hoses are connected to the bank valve.

Install hose clamp assembly (7). Secure hose clamp assembly (7) with two nuts (6). Install two wire tie-wraps (5) .

Install parking brake cable (3) on brake caliper (4) .

Move the rod end of the steering cylinder into position. Install pin (2). Secure pin (2) with bolt (1) and the washer.
Lubricate upper pivot pin (22) and lower pivot pin (25) prior to the operation of the machine. Do not attempt to operate the machine until pivot points are lubricated.

Remove Tooling (A) from the rear of the machine.End By:
Install the drive shaft. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Drive Shaft - Remove and Install".
Install the cab. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Cab - Remove and Install".
