1. Drill two 11 mm diameter holes in the engine enclosure as per the dimensions. [Image2.1.1]
2. Install 360-0082 Bracket Assembly (1) using two each, 8T-4195 Bolts (2), 8T-4121 Washers (3), and 8T-4133 Nuts (4). [Image2.1.2 and Image2.1.3]
3. Attach 368-5935 Fuel Filter Assembly (5) to 360-0082 Bracket Assembly (1) using two each, 8T-4195 Bolts (2), and 8T-4121 Washers (3). [Image2.1.2 and Image2.1.3]
4. Remove 298-4592 Tube Assembly between the bottom fuel inlet of the engine ECM and the engine fuel pump outlet. [Image2.1.3]
5. Install 215-9515 Connectors (6) to the engine ECM fuel inlet port, engine fuel pump outlet, and each port of the newly installed 368-5935 Filter (5). [Image2.1.2]
6. Using 32.6 cm of 5P-1420 Hose (7), attach the engine ECM fuel inlet port to the outlet port of 368-5935 Filter Assembly (5). Use one 1P-4278 Hose Clamp (8) at each end of the hose. [Image2.1.4]
7. Using 19.4 cm of 5P-1420 Hose (9), attach the inlet port of the 368-5935 Filter assembly to the outlet of the fuel injection lift pump on the engine. Use 1P-4278 Hose Clamp at each end of the hose. [Image2.1.4]

1. Attach 368-5935 Fuel Filter Assembly (1) to 356-3161 Bracket Assembly (2) using two 8T-4195 Bolts (3), and two 8T-4121 Washers (4). [Image3.1.1]
2. Attach 215-9515 Connection (8) to the inlet of the filter assembly and attach 215-9513 Connector (7) to the outlet of the filter assembly. [Image3.1.1]
3. Remove two 7X-2553 Bolts and two 9X-8257 Washers from the right side of the 304-0341 Plate Assembly. The bolts attach the plate assembly to the rear operator station support towers. Retain the washers. [Image3.1.1]
4. Using two 8T-4193 Bolts (5) and the two 9X-8257 Washers (6) from step two attach the 368-5935 Filter Assembly and 356-3161 Bracket Assembly to the 304-0341 Plate Assembly and right rear operator station support tower. [Image3.1.1]
5. Remove the 297-4057 Fuel Tube connecting the bottom outlet from the engine ECM to the inlet of the secondary filter fitted on the rear of the engine. [Image3.1.1]
6. Install 215-9513 Connector (7) on the outlet of the engine ECM. Install 215-9515 Connector (8) to the inlet of the newly installed secondary filter. [Image3.1.1]
7. Using 15.5 cm of 5P-1420 Hose attach the outlet port of the engine ECM to the
inlet of the 368-5935 Filter Assembly. Use one 1P-4278 Hose Clamp at each end of the hose.
8. Install 215-9513 Connector (7) on the outlet of the newly installed secondary filter. Install 215-9515 Connector (8) to the inlet of secondary filter originally fitted to the engine. [Image3.1.1]
9. Using 52.5 cm of 5P-1420 Hose attach the outlet port of the 368-5935 Filter Assembly (1) to the inlet of the secondary filter originally fitted to the engine. Use one 1P-4278 Hose Clamp (9) at each end of the hose. [Image3.1.2]
10. Using the 177-2215 Dual Clamp Strap (10) attach the hose routed between the two filters to the 312-4901 Hose connecting the primary filter and the engine transfer pump inlet port. [Image3.1.2]
11. On the right side of the engine, remove the 8T-4908
