Remove the piston pump (vibratory). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Piston Pump (Vibratory) - Remove".Note: SERVICE DATA: TOOLING (ZZ) WILL NOT BE IDENTIFIED IN PHOTOGRAPHS IN THE REMOVAL OR THE INSTALLATION. THIS TOOLING IS SHOWN IN ORDER TO ASSIST THE EXPERIENCED SERVICEMAN.

Note: Use this Step 1 only if the machine is equipped with a heater.
Remove clamp (2) and move coolant hoses (1) out of the way.
Disconnect harness assemblies (6) .
Remove clamp (7) and cable strap (9). Move harness assembly (8) out of the way.
Remove the cotter pin and pin (4) .
Remove bolts (5) and move brackets (3) and (10) out of the way.

Disconnect hose assemblies (12) from pump (11) .

Disconnect hose assemblies (14) from axle propel motor (13) .

Disconnect hose assemblies (15) from piston pump (11) .

Disconnect hose assemblies (16) from piston pump (11) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to piston pump (11). Remove bolts (17) and remove piston pump (11) from the machine. The weight of the pump is approximately 84 kg (185 lb).
