(36) Machine TILT FORWARD - Press this button in order to tilt the machine toward the front. The rear pendulum arms will move downward and the front pendulum arms will move upward. This is useful when you are working up a hill.

(37) Machine TILT LEFT - Pressing this button tilts the machine to the left. The right pendulum arms will move downward and the left pendulum arms will move upward. Use this button when you are operating the machine on the side of a hill in order to maintain the machine in a level position. (38) Machine TILT RIGHT - Pressing this button tilts the machine to the right. The right pendulum arms will move upward and the left pendulum arms will move downward. Use this button when you are operating the machine on the side of a hill in order to maintain the machine in a level position.

(39) Machine TILT BACKWARD - Press this button in order to tilt the machine toward the rear. The front pendulum arms will move downward and the rear pendulum arms will move upward. This is useful when you are working down a hill.Using the "SHIFT" Button
Note: The "STOP/PAUSE" button also has the same functionality as the "SHIFT" button.Activate Photocell - Pressing this button will activate the photocell. Use this function for processing trees. The photocell will detect the tree. The result will be a slow reverse feed until the photocell is no longer activated by the tree. When this happens, the fast forward feed will be activated. When the photocell is activated again by the tree that is being fed in the forward direction the current length will be set by the computer. Reset Length - Pressing this button will reset the length value to zero. This button will automatically override the preset length that was set by the computer aided bucking system. Use this button when the stop function is ON for minimum diameter and the minimum diameter is achieved.Butt Knife - Use this function during the processing of the tree. Pressing this button will extend the knife to the OUT position. The knife is used to delimb branches that are near the bottom of the tree. The knife will stay extended until the first cut is made. After the first cut, the knife will retract to the IN position.Cut Selection - When the engine start switch is turned to the ON position, manual cutting is active. To change the method of cutting to the cut wait or to automatic cutting or to the log type cut, hold down the "SHIFT" button and press the "CUT" button. To change the method of cutting back to manual cutting, hold down the "SHIFT" button and press the "CUT" button.Color Marking System - The "SHIFT" button can also be used to manually change the color that will be used on the next log.
