Make sure all of the pressure is released from the air system before disconnecting any the air lines. Failure to release the pressure can cause the air to release rapidly when the lines are disconnected and could cause personal injury.
1. Disconnect the air line at governor control rotochamber (1).2. Remove the cotter pin and pin (2) from the rod end.3. Remove two nuts (3). The following steps are for the installation of the governor control rotochamber.4. Put governor control rotochamber (1) in position on the bracket, and install two nuts (3) that hold it in place.5. Put the hole in rod end in alignment with the hole in the lever, and install pin and cotter pin (2).6. Connect the air line to the bottom of governor control rotochamber (1). 7. With the governor in the full off position as shown, dimension (X) from the center of the pin to the bottom of the bracket must be 82.6 1.5 mm (3.25 .06 in).
