Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to guard assembly (1) . Remove bolts (2) in order to remove guard assembly (1) .

Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to support (4) . The weight of support (4) is approximately 91 kg (200 lb). Remove bolts (5) in order to remove support (4) .

Remove some of the bolts in order to move support (8) away from coolant tank assembly (7) . Leave the bolts in the bottom of support (8) in order to stabilize radiator cores (6) .

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to coolant tank assembly (7) . The weight of coolant tank assembly (7) is approximately 91 kg (200 lb). Remove channels (9) . Remove bolts (10) and plates (11) . Remove coolant tank assembly (7) and the gasket.
