Attach a suitable lifting device to articulation cylinder (6). The weight of articulation cylinder (6) is approximately 36 kg (80 lb).
Slide articulation cylinder (6) toward the front of the machine. Remove washers (5) and remove articulation cylinder (6) .
Repeat this procedure for the other articulation cylinder.Disassembly and Assembly Information

Install washers (5). Install articulation cylinder (6). Use Tooling (C) and washers (5) to level articulation cylinder (6) .

Install pin (4) .

Install bolts (2) and the washers. Connect hose assemblies (1).
Check the hydraulic oil level. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU7477, "Hydraulic System Oil Level - Check" for the correct procedure.End By: Install the fuel tank on the left side of the tractor. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fuel Tank - Install".
