2. Remove bolts (5) that hold the water outlet pipe for the oil cooler in place.3. Remove water outlet pipe (7).4. Remove bolt and spacer (1) from the turbocharger lubrication line. Disconnect turbocharger lubrication line (2) from the oil cooler oil outlet line.5. Remove oil cooler outlet line (3).6. Remove the bolts that hold elbow (6) in place and remove the elbow.7. Install two 3/8"-16 NC forged eyebolts in the top of the oil cooler. Fasten a hoist and remove seven bolts (4) and the nut. Remove the industrial engine oil cooler. Weight is 90 lb. (41 kg).Install Industrial Engine Oil Cooler (Earlier Engine)
1. Fasten a hoist and put the oil cooler in position on the gngine. Install the seven bolts and nut that hold the oil cooler in place.2. Put the water inlet elbow in position and install the bolts that hold it in place.3. Install the oil outlet line on the oil cooler.4. Connect the turbocharger lubrication line to the oil cooler oil outlet line. Install the lubrication line clamp mounting bolt and spacer.5. Put the oil cooler water outlet pipe in position and install the bolts that hold it in place.6. Fill the cooling system. Check the oil level in the crankcase and fill as necessary.end by:a) install oil cooler bypass valve
