2. Loosen the screws that hold levers (1) to sleeve control shaft (2).3. Remove the sleeve control shaft and the levers from the housing.4. Remove lifters and roller assemblies (3) from the housing. Put identification on each lifter and roller assembly as to its location in the housing for use at assembly.5. Remove the camshaft from the housing.Assemble Fuel Injection Pump Housing
1. Install camshaft (1) in the housing. 2. Install lifter and roller assemblies (5) in their original positions in the housing. The lifters must be installed with the grooves in the lifters in alignment with pins (6).3. Put sleeve control shaft (3) in the housing. Slide levers (2) on to the shaft. Push the shaft into position in the housing.4. Install dowel (4) in the housing.end by:a) make an adjustment to the sleeve control shaft (See FUEL PUMP CALIBRATION as shown in TESTING AND ADJUSTING)b) install fuel transfer pumpc) install fuel injection pumpsd) connection of governor to fuel injection pump housing
