4. Disconnect elbows (1) and (2) from the hydraulic oil cooler. 5. Disconnect elbow (4) from the engine oil cooler bonnet. Remove elbow (4) and tube (3) from the hydraulic oil cooler. 6. Remove the bolts and hydraulic oil cooler (5) from the engine oil cooler and bracket. 7. Remove bonnets (7) and (8) from cooler assembly (6). 8. Clean the tube bundles in cooler assembly (6) with a 3.2 mm (.125 in.) diameter rod (9) as shown. The following steps are for the installation of the hydraulic oil cooler.9. Install the gaskets and bonnets (7) and (8) on the ends of cooler assembly (6).10. Put the gasket and cooler assembly (5) on the bracket and engine oil cooler. Install the bolts to hold the unit in position.11. Install the O-ring seals on the ends of tube (3) and put clean oil on them. Install tube (3) in elbow (4). Install the gasket, elbow (4) and tube (3) to connect the hydraulic oil cooler bonnet to the engine oil cooler bonnet.12. Put clean oil on the O-ring seals and connect elbows (1) and (2) to the hydraulic oil cooler.13. Fasten a hoist and put the side plate in position over the engine compartment. Install the bolts to hold the side plate.14. Fill the hydraulic system with clean oil to the correct level. See the Maintenance Guide.15. Fill the cooling system with coolant to the correct level.
