The fuse for the condenser fan motor fails during start-up of the fan motor. This results in the malfunction of the air conditioning system.Solution
Replace the 124-3548 Fuse with a 180-0613 Circuit Breaker As . Use the procedure that follows:
Turn off the air conditioner switch and park the machine. Refer to Operation and Maintenance, "Parking" for instructions on parking your machine.
Inspect the blades and the motors for the condenser fans.
Clean the dirt and any debris from the fan guard, the fan blade, and the motor.
Spin the fan blade. As you spin the fan blades, you will feel detents due to the magnets in the fan.Note: The fan blades should spin freely. If the fan blades are bound or if the blades will not spin freely, replace the motor.
Inside the cab, locate the fuse panel which is below the operator's seat. Remove the cover in order to access the fuses.

Remove the green 30 amp fuse for the fans for the air conditioner condenser. See Illustration 1.Note: This fuse is located in position (22) in the fuse panel.
Install the 180-0613 Circuit Breaker As in position (22) in the fuse panel.Then, replace the cover on the fuse panel.
Turn the engine start switch to the On position.
Turn the air conditioner switch to the ON position and check that the condenser fans are operating.Note: If the circuit breaker trips during three attempts to start the condenser fans, replace the faulty motor. Use caution. The circuit breaker can only cycle a maximum of 10 times before the circuit breaker will fail.
