Wrist watches and rings can also catch in moving machinery and should be avoided.2. Wear clothing that will keep you warm without restricting your movement. Cold hands or restrictive clothing could cause you to miss a vital control at a critical moment.3. Don't carry articles in shirt pockets unless the pockets are buttoned. The articles can fall out and onto moving machinery or electrical components.4. If you have long hair, keep it secured close to your body so it won't get caught in moving machinery. 5.
