Thoroughly clean the mating surfaces of the swing drive housing and the main frame.
Apply Tooling (B) on locating pins (6) in the swing drive housing. Apply Tooling (B) to the pin bores in the main frame.
Apply Tooling (C) on the mating surfaces of the main frame and the swing drive.

Note: During installation, the locating pins for the swing drive can come out of the swing drive housing.
Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to swing drive (1). The weight of swing drive (1) is approximately 61 kg (135 lb). Put the swing drive in the original position in the main frame. If the locating pins come out of the swing drive housing, use a hammer to reinstall the locating pins after the swing drive is in position on the machine.
Apply Tooling (D) on the threads of 14 bolts (2). Install the 14 bolts and the washers that secure the swing drive to the machine. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 270 40 N m (200 30 lb ft).

Slide hose clamp (4) on hose (5). Install the hose on valve (3) and slide the hose clamp into position. Tighten hose clamp (4) to a torque of 4.5 0.5 N m (39.8 4.4 lb in).End By: Install the swing motor. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Swing Motor - Install".
