Remove the stabilizer rod for the center axle.

Remove bolts (1) and remove cover (2) from both sides of suspension frame (3).

Remove bolts (4) and the clamps from each side of the center suspension frame .

Attach Tooling (B) to the rear section of center suspension frame (3) on each side of the machine, as shown. The weight of center suspension frame (3) is approximately 213 kg (470 lb).

Use a suitable bar stock and clevis and attach Tooling (B) to the front of center suspension frame (3), as shown. The weight of center suspension frame (3) is approximately 213 kg (470 lb).

Remove grease hose assembly (5) from washer (6).
Remove nut (7), washer (6), and bolt (8).

Use a suitable driver in order to remove pin (9) from the machine.

Remove bolts (10) and the washers that secure bracket (11) to axle (12). Use two people or a suitable lifting device in order to remove the bracket from the machine. The weight of bracket (11) is approximately 35 kg (77 lb).

Remove bolts (13) and the washers from axle (12). Use Tooling (B) that was installed in Step 3 and Step 4 in order to lower the center suspension frame to the ground. The weight of the center suspension frame is approximately 192 kg (422 lb).

Remove bolts (14) from clamp ring (15). Remove clamp ring (15).

Use Tooling (A) in order to remove bearing (16). Installation Procedure
Install center suspension frame (3) in the reverse order of removal.
