(1) Washdown relay
(2) Washdown relay fuse
(3) Power distribution module The washdown relay (1) is located inside power distribution module (3). The air-to-air aftercooler door provides access to this component. The power distribution module cover is shown removed. The washdown relay (1) is located in position "K16" of power distribution module (3). Washdown relay fuse (2) in located in position "FR12" of the power distribution module. The washdown relay fuse is rated 10A.The washdown relay (1) switches power from washdown relay fuse (2) to the washdown pump motor. Power distribution module (3) provides integral relay coil and relay output diode protection. The diodes are not field-serviceable.The washdown relay (1) is controlled by the machine and screed displays via the machine ECM.

Left Side of Machine
(4) Washdown motor
(5) Washdown pump
(6) Filter Washdown motor (4) and washdown pump (5) are located on the left side of the machine. The left side compartment door provides access to these components.Washdown pump (5) is driven by electric washdown motor (4). When the motor is on, the pump draws fluid from the washdown tank or the fuel tank through filter (6). In this case, flow from the pump is available to the washdown system.

(7) Quick coupler
(8) Hose reel Optional hose reel (8) for the washdown system is mounted near the left tractor handrail.The spray wand (not shown) connects to quick coupler (7) at the end of the hose. The spray wand can be stored on the right side of hose reel (8). When washdown pump is operating, fluid is supplied directly to the hose.

(9) Fill port
(10) Washdown tank
(11) Sight glass Optional washdown tank (10) is located on the right side of the machine. The tank supplies fluid to the washdown system.Sight glass (11), installed on washdown tank (10), can be used to check the fluid level in the tank. If the level is low, fluid can be added through fill port (9). The refill capacity of the washdown tank is 38 L (10 US gal). Note: If the machine has a washdown system but no washdown tank (10) is installed, the machine fuel tank supplies fluid to the washdown system.
