Put the suspension cylinder into position. Before installation, apply 4C-5593 Anti-Seize Compound to the threads of bolts (4) and the washer faces. Install ten bolts (4), ten washers, ten spacers (9), and ten nuts (8). When bolts (4) and spacers (9) are installed, place the spacer on the bolt. Install the bolts (4) from the inside of the mounting flange. Tighten bolts (4) to a torque of 1000 100 N m (735 75 lb ft). Repeat the tightening sequence until all bolts (4) stabilize at the specified torque. After bolts (4) have stabilized at the specified torque, turn each nut by an additional 60 5 degree turn.Note: Do not reuse existing bolts (4). Use new bolts (4) when the front suspension cylinder is installed.Before installation, apply 4C-5593 Anti-Seize Compound to the threads of bolts (10) and the washer faces. Install six bolts (10), six washers, six spacers (11), and six nuts (12). When bolts (10) and spacers (11) are installed, place the spacer on the bolt. Install the bolts from the inside of the mounting flange. Tighten bolts (10) to a torque of 1500 150 N m (1105 110 lb ft). Repeat the tightening sequence until all bolts (10) stabilize at the specified torque. After bolts (10) have stabilized at the specified torque, turn each nut by an additional 60 5 degree turn.Note: Do not reuse existing bolts (10). Use new bolts (10) when the front suspension cylinder is installed.
