Possible injury can result when removing the retaining ring and spring.Spring force will be released when the retaining ring is removed.Be prepared to hold the cylinder assembly as the retaining ring is removed.
Use a suitable press to install bearings (3) and (6) to each end of shaft (5).
Use Tooling (B) to install retaining rings (8).
Install shaft (5) into housing (2).
Use Tooling (A) to install retaining ring (7) into housing (2).
Turn over cover (10) and use Tooling (C) to install shaft seal (9).
Install cover (10) and bolts (11).
Install plugs (1) and (4). Fill housing (1) with hydraulic fluid. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Eccentric Weight Housing Oil - Change".Main
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure, the exterior of the component should be thoroughly cleaned to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.

Install cover (7) and bolts (6).
Install plugs (2) and (4). Fill housing (1) with hydraulic fluid. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Eccentric Weight Housing Oil - Change".
