Remove all of the spray bars from the front bumpers and the rear bumpers of the machine.
Remove the deflector assembly from the bumpers so no damage will occur to the rubber during the welding process.

Locate the two plates (4) onto each of the bumpers. See the attached image. Dimension (A) should be 606.3 1.5 mm (23.9 0.1 inch) and dimension (B) should be 1206.3 1.5 mm (47.5 0.1 inch).
Grind the paint off of the bumper at the locations of the new plates. Clean the area that will be welded.
Assemble the additional clamps, the plates, and the bolts around the existing spray bar. Install the spray bars to aid in alignment and the locations of new weld plates (4). Tack weld the new plates.
Remove the clamps and the spray bars.
Weld the top of the plates and the bottom edges of plates (4). Use a 6 mm (0.24 inch) fillet weld.
Paint the new plates (4) and the surrounding area of the new plates.

Install spray bar assembly (6), spray bar assembly (5), the previous clamps, 7R-7908 Clamps (1), 7V-5628 Plates (2), and 9X-2480 Bolts (3) .
Install the deflector assembly to the bumpers.
Test the spray bar for proper operation.
