Disconnect hose assembly (6) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to hood assembly (2). Remove the bolts and remove hood assembly (2). The weight of hood assembly is approximately 38 kg (85 lb).

Install gas struts (3) .

Connect harness assembly (1) to the horn. Install the cable ties and connect harness assembly (1) to hood assembly (2) .
Fill the cooling system with coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct procedure.
Fill the hydraulic oil tank with hydraulic oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct procedure.
