Engage screed lock mechanism (8) on both sides of the machine.
Move screed lift switch (7) to the FLOAT position. Move the screed lift switch on the right instrument panel to the FLOAT position.Note: The screed lift switch on both instrument panels must be in the FLOAT position in order for the screed to lower.
After the screed rests on the screed lock mechanisms, move screed lift switch (7) to the HOLD position.
Simultaneously move right hopper switch (5) and left hopper switch (6) to the RAISE position. Release the switches when the hopper wings are fully raised. Note: If the machine is in the dual hopper mode, either hopper switch will operate both hoppers at the same time.

Engage hopper lock mechanism (9) on both sides of the machine.

Press home key (10) .

Press down key (11) until "Service" is highlighted on the display screen.
Press OK key (12) .

Press down key (11) until "Calibrations" is highlighted on the display screen.

Press down key (11) until "Steer Sensor Cal" is highlighted on the display screen.

Press OK key (12) to begin the calibration.

Move parking brake switch (1) to the ON position.

Move throttle control switch (13) to the HIGH IDLE position.
Press OK key (12) .

Turn the steering wheel to the STRAIGHT position. Place Tool (A) against the rims of the wheels. Turn the steering wheel until the rims are parallel. Do not turn the steering wheel after the wheels are aligned.
Wait for front wheels to stop moving.
Press OK key (12). Wait for the screen to display "CALIBRATION COMPLETE".

The display should now read "CALIBRATION COMPLETE". Push back key (14) to return to the calibration screen.
Push home key (10) to exit the calibration screen.
Move throttle control switch (13) to the LOW IDLE position. Hold the switch in this position for less than 1 second.

After the engine reaches low idle, move engine start switch (15) to the OFF position.
