A 138-7575 Link Bracket 2 Start By:
Remove the hood.
Remove the counter weight.
Remove the fan.
Remove the aftercooler.
Drain the engine coolant into a suitable container for storage or disposal. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change".
Drain the hydraulic oil into a suitable container for storage or disposal. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change".

Remove hose (1). Remove plate assembly (2). Disconnect pipe assembly (3). Remove the O-ring seal.

Remove clamp (4). Reposition pipe assembly (3).

Remove support assembly (5) and remove bracket (6).

Remove bolts (8) and reposition refrigerant condenser (7).

Disconnect lower pipe assembly (12).

Attach Tooling (A) with a suitable lifting device, remove radiator and hydraulic oil cooler (16). The weight of radiator and hydraulic oil cooler (16) is approximately 141 kg (311 lb).
