Certain Cat® Product Link (PL) assets may lose subscription to VisionLink. Intermittent back-office outages have allowed changes initiated by dealers to be missed. This back-office outage allows the VisionLink to lose connection for some assets, while the subscription is still available in Dealer Service Portal (DSP).Solution
Caterpillar is aware of this problem, but a permanent repair has not been identified. As an interim action, dealers facing the issues can try to unsubscribe and resubscribe the asset to establish proper connection again. If still the issue persists, dealers need to contact Dealer Solution Network (DSN) for assistance in correction of the problem.
