Remove existing hose (B), clips (A), and bracket (C). Some of the parts will be reused later.

Install new plates (1) and (4). Tighten two bolts (3) to a torque of 55 10 N m (40 7 lb ft). Tighten two bolts (F) to a torque of 240 40 N m (177 29 lb ft).

Install new pipe (5) with U bolt (6) without tightening.Note: Do no tighten the nuts on the U bolt in this step to adjust hose and pipe mounting.

Install new hoses (9) and (11), and clamps (10) and (G). Tighten all the clamps to a torque of 11 1 N m (97 9 lb in). Refer to Illustration 4 for the clamp direction.

(H) Bolt
(J) Bolt
Tighten four nuts (H) on the U bolts to a torque of 10 3 N m (88 26 lb in). Tighten four nuts (J) to a torque of 30 7 N m (265 62 lb in).
