Description of Change: The material and heat treatment for the end bit and cutting edges have been modified in order to improve mechanical properties. The improved mechanical properties will decrease the possibility of cracking. The improved mechanical properties will improve the useful life of these components. The part numbers for the cutting edges have not changed.Adaptable To: The new cutting edges are effective with the following Motor Grader: 120H (S/N: 5FM2871-UP; CAF233-UP; CBK256-UP; 6yn233-UP; 9yr233-UP), 12H (S/N: 4ER885-UP), 135H (S/N: CBC198-UP; 8wn836-UP), 140H (S/N: 5HM2262-UP; CCA243-UP) and 160H (S/N: 2FM729-UP; CCP200-UP). The new cutting edges are effective with the following Wheel Loader: 924G (S/N: RTA153-UP; RBB230-UP), 938G (S/N: RTB283-UP), 950G (S/N: BAA244-UP), 962G (S/N: BAD225-UP) and IT62G (S/N: AYA126-UP).
