2. Disconnect two oil lines (3). Disconnect line (5) from the bottom of the bonnet. Remove bolts (2) that hold the bonnet to the cylinder block. Remove bolt (4). Remove bonnet (1). 3. Remove the bolts that hold the engine oil cooler to tubes (6) and (7). Remove bolts (10) that hold the bonnet to the water pump.4. Remove engine oil cooler (8). Remove bonnet (9) and the O-ring seals from the engine oil cooler. The following steps are for the installation of the engine oil cooler.5. Install the O-ring seals on the engine oil cooler. Put clean engine oil on the seal. Install bonnet (9) on the engine oil cooler.6. Put engine oil cooler (8) in position on the engine. Install the bolts that hold the bonnet to the water pump. Install the bolts that hold the engine oil cooler to the two tubes.7. Put bonnet (1) in position in the engine oil cooler. Install the bolts that hold the bonnet to the cylinder block and the engine oil cooler.8. Connect the two oil lines to the transmission oil cooler. Connect the line of the bottom of the bonnet.
