Information:

Stopping the engine immediately after it has been working under load can result in overheating and accelerated wear of the engine components.Refer to the following stopping procedure, to allow the engine to cool, and to prevent excessive temperatures in the turbocharger center housing, (if equipped) which could cause oil coking problems.
Stop the machine and run the engine at low idle for 5 minutes. Do not stop the engine immediately after the engine has been working under load. Keeping the engine running will avoid overheating and accelerated wear of the engine components.
Turn the engine start switch to the OFF position and remove the engine start switch key. Note: If the machine is equipped with a separate engine enclosure cooling fan, the fan may continue to operate even after the engine is stopped and key start switch placed in the OFF position. Leaving the machine unattended with the systems running may result in property damage if there is a system malfunction.
