2 1 7W-2297 Clamp As Use the following procedure to tighten the clamps for the turbocharger. Orient the turbocharger turbine housing and the bearing housing in order to avoid binding:
1. Loosen the clamp assemblies in order to rotate the housings.
2. Position the housings with oil lines so that oil lines are aligned without binding.
3. Tighten the clamp assemblies to 14 1 N m (124 9 lb in).
4. Lightly tap around the clamp assemblies with a soft faced hammer.
5. Again, tighten the clamp assemblies to 14 1 N m (124 9 lb in).

4 4 2N-2765 High Temperature Bolts Before assembly, apply 4C-5599 Anti-Seize Compound to the threads.
