Personal injury or death may result from failure to adhere to the following procedures.Fuel leaked or spilled onto hot surfaces or electrical components can cause a fire.Clean up all leaked or spilled fuel. Do not smoke while working on the fuel system.Turn the disconnect switch OFF or disconnect the battery when changing fuel filters.
Open the left side engine enclosure.
Turn the fuel supply to the OFF position.

Open door (1). Loosen clamps (4) and clamps (5). Remove clamp (2) and tube assembly (2) .

Use Tooling (A) to remove fuel filters (10). Disconnect harness assemblies (7) and hose assemblies (9) .
Remove bolts (6) and filter base (8) .

Remove fuel temperature sensor (11) and fuel pressure sensor (12) .Installation Procedure
Install fuel filter base (8) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten fuel temperature sensor (11) to a torque of 20 3 N m (177 27 lb in).
Tighten fuel pressure sensor (12) to a torque of 10 2 N m (89 18 lb in).
Lubricate the seal and bore of fuel filters (10) with lubricant being sealed. Tighten fuel filters (10) to a torque of 35 3 N m (26 2 lb ft).
