1 1 095-1261 Setscrew Drill a 5 mm (0.197 inch) hole and tap a screw thread of M6X1 for the socket setscrew after piston is installed.
Before assembly, apply green Loctite Retaining Compound 638 to the threads.
Tighten setscrew to 10 1 N m (89 9 lb in).
2 1 539-6330 Piston Before assembly, apply green Loctite Retaining Compound 638 to the threads.
Tighten piston to 200 20 N m (148 15 lb ft).
No gap allowed between piston and rod.
A 1 539-6328 Rod As Diameter is 50 mm (2.0 inch).
B 1 490-1258 Grapple Cylinder As Bore is 70 mm (2.8 inch).
3 1 539-6329 Head Tighten piston to 200 20 N m (148 15 lb ft).
No gap allowed between head and cylinder.
