Attach a suitable lifting device to clean emissions module (16) The weight of clean emissions module (16) is approximately 172 kg (380lbs.). Remove bolts (17) and clean emissions module (16).Installation Procedure
Install clean emissions module (16) in the reverse order of removal.
Replace clamp (14) with a new clamp. Tighten clamp (14) to a torque of 35 2 N m (26 1 lb ft).
Tighten temperature sensors (7) and (12) to a torque of 50 5 N m (37 4 lb ft).
