Install boom (2) onto Tooling (A).
Release the system hydraulic pressure. Disconnect hose assemblies (1) on both sides of the stick.

Attach a suitable lifting device to stick cylinder (4). The weight of stick cylinder (4) is approximately 285 kg (625 lb). Install suitable cribbing to rest stick cylinder (4) on. Remove pin (3). Reinstall pin (3) for lifting. Attach a suitable lifting device to stick (7). The weight of stick (7) is approximately 1135 kg (2500 lb). Remove retainer (5). Remove pin (6). Install stick cylinder (4) in the reverse order of removal.
