A 1P-1855 Retaining Ring Pliers 1 Start By:
Remove the track roller frame.
Place the track roller frame on a hard, level surface.

Use Tooling (A) and remove retaining ring (1) from pin (2).
Remove cotter pin (5), pin (4), and hydraulic cylinder (3).
Remove rod (6) and bolt (7) from track roller frame (8).

Remove bolt (9) and bolt (10) from track roller frame (8) and belt tensioner (11).

Place a suitable block under track roller frame (8). Remove bolt (12) and pin assembly (13). Separate track roller frame (8) from belt tensioner (11). The weight of belt tensioner is approximately 61 kg (135 lb).Installation Procedure

Install track roller frame (8) in the reverse order of removal.End By:
