Disconnect two hose assemblies (2) from the manifold.

Disconnect harness assembly (3) from the slope and crown valve block.
Disconnect 11 hose assemblies (4) from the slope and crown valve block.

Disconnect hose assemblies (5) from the right side slope gerotor motor.
Disconnect hose assemblies (6) from the right side vibratory gear motor.

Disconnect hose assemblies (7) from the left side slope gerotor motor.
Disconnect hose assemblies (8) from the left side vibratory gear motor.

Disconnect five hose assemblies (9).
Remove cable straps (10) and (11).

Disconnect harness assembly (12) from harness assembly (13).
Disconnect hose assemblies (14) and hose assembly (15).

Remove two bolts (16), the plate, and the clamps.
Remove two bolts (17), the plate, and the clamps.

Remove cable straps (18).

Remove cable strap (19). Lay grease lines (20) out of the way.

Remove straps (21). Lay the hose assemblies out of the way.

Attach Tooling (A) to frame assembly (22). The weight of frame assembly (22) is approximately 380 kg (838 lb).

Remove 24 nuts (23) and the 24 washers.
Loosen the ten nuts and 12 bolts (24).
Remove frame assembly (22). Installation Procedure

Install frame assembly (22) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten 12 bolts (24) to a torque of 10 2 N m (89 18 lb in). Tighten the ten nuts . End By:
Install the tamper bar (main screed), if equipped. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Tamper Bar (Main Screed) - Remove and Install".
Install the sliding guide (extender carriage). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Sliding Guide (Extender Carriage) - Remove and Install".
Install the platform. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Platform - Remove and Install".
Install the crown group. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Crown Group - Remove and Install".
Install the nose bar (main screed). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Nose Bar (Main Screed) - Remove and Install".
Install the heating element (main screed). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Heating Element (Main Screed) - Remove and Install".
