Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the gerotor motor (slope). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Gerotor Motor (Slope) - Remove and Install".

Attach a suitable lifting device to power adjuster motor group (3). The weight of power adjuster motor group (3) is approximately 35 kg (77 lb).
Remove bolt (1) and the spacer.
Remove bolt (2) and the spacer.

Remove pin lock (5), pin (4), and power adjuster motor group (3).

Loosen nut (7) and remove clevis (6). Remove nut (7).
Remove the four bolts, the four washers, the four nuts, and plate assembly (8).
Loosen the set screws. Remove coupler group (9) from actuator group (10). Installation Procedure

Install power adjuster motor group (3) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten the set screws on coupler group (9) to a torque of 25 6 N m (221 53 lb in).

Install nut (7) to (X) 16.9 1.5 mm (0.7 0.1 inch).
Install clevis (6) to (Y) 242.5 1.5 mm (9.5 0.1 inch).
Apply Tooling (A) to nut (7).
Tighten nut (7) to a torque of 425 42 N m (313 31 lb ft).
Apply Tooling (B) to the spacers. End By:
Install the gerotor motor (slope). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Gerotor Motor (Slope) - Remove and Install".
