Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the gerotor motor (screed height). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Gerotor Motor (Screed Height) - Remove and Install".
Remove the solenoid valve (height, end gate). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Solenoid Valve (Height, End Gate) - Remove and Install".
Remove the extender tubes. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Sliding Guide (Extender Carriage) - Remove and Install".

Disconnect temperature sensor harness assembly (3).
Remove all the cable straps retaining harness assembly (2) and harness assembly (3) to frame assembly (1).

Remove two screws (4), the two washers, and strap (5).

Disconnect harness assembly (8) from connector (6).
Remove the screws, the washers, and two connectors (6).
Remove the screws, the washers, and connector (9).
Remove harness assembly (2).

Remove harness assembly (2), the cable assembly, and strap (5) from frame assembly (1).

Disconnect four grease lines (10) from the valve blocks.

Remove nut (13), the washer, and the pointer.
Remove two nuts (11), the two washers, and plate assembly (12).
Remove nut (15), the washer, and plate assembly (14).

Attach a suitable lifting device to frame assembly (1). The weight of frame assembly (1) is approximately 54 kg (120 lb).
Remove four bolts (16) and the four spacers.
Tilt bearing block assembly (17) away from frame assembly (1).
Remove frame assembly (1).

Remove four bearing sleeves (18) from frame assembly (1). Installation Procedure

Install frame assembly (1) in the reverse order of removal.
Apply Tooling (A) to the spacers. End By:
Install the extender tubes. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Sliding Guide (Extender Carriage) - Remove and Install".
Install the solenoid valve (height, end gate). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Solenoid Valve (Height, End Gate) - Remove and Install".
Install the gerotor motor (screed height). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Gerotor Motor (Screed Height) - Remove and Install".
Start By:
Remove the gerotor motor (screed height). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Gerotor Motor (Screed Height) - Remove and Install".
Remove the solenoid valve (height, end gate). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Solenoid Valve (Height, End Gate) - Remove and Install".
Remove the extender tubes. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Sliding Guide (Extender Carriage) - Remove and Install".
