1. Disconnect the turbocharger lubrication valve oil supply line (1) from the valve and from the oil cooler oil outlet line.2. Remove oil outlet line (2).3. Remove the four valve retaining bolts (3).4. Remove the turbocharger lubrication valve.Install Turbocharger Lubrication Valve
1. Position the turbocharger lubrication valve on engine, and tighten four retaining bolts.2. Install the oil outlet line.3. Connect the turbocharger lubrication valve oil supply line to the valve and to the oil cooler oil outlet line.Disassemble Turbocharger Lubrication Valve
preparatory step: a) remove turbocharger lubrication valve 1. Remove the adapter (1) and valve retaining bolts.2. Remove the plunger (2) and spring (3) from body (4).Assemble Turbocharger Lubrication Valve
1. Clean all parts thoroughly before assembling valve.2. Install the plunger and spring in the body.3. Position the adapter and valve retaining bolts in body.concluding step: a) install turbocharger lubrication valve
