Improper assembly of parts that are spring loaded can cause bodily injury.To prevent possible injury, follow the established assembly procedure and wear protective equipment.
Install O-ring seal (28) and (29) on check valve (27).
Install valve (30), dowel (33), spring (31), O-ring seal (32), and O-ring plug (34) onto check valve (27).

Lubricate the bore lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed. Install check valve (27) to brake valve (2).

Install O-ring seal (26), (25), and (24) onto relief valve (18).
Install gasket (21) and nut (22). Tighten nut (15) to a torque of 17 2 N m (13 2 lb ft).
Install gasket (21) and cap (20) to relief valve (18). Tighten cap (20) to a torque of 17 2 N m (13 2 lb ft).

Install O-ring plug (19) and relief valve (18) to brake valve (2).

Personal injury can result from being struck by parts propelled by a released spring force.Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment.Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force.
Install spool (15), shims (16), spring (17), the O-ring seal and O-ring plug (14) to brake valve (2).

Install lip seal (13) into head (10). Make sure that the lip seal is positioned correctly.

Install seal (8) and seal (11) onto piston (9). Install piston (9) into air cylinder (6).
Install seal (12) onto head (10). Install head (10) into air cylinder (6).
Install retaining ring (7) onto air cylinder (6).

Install air cylinder (6) to brake valve (2). Install locking bolts (5).

Install O-ring seal (4) to check valve (1).
